DISPOSABLES AND MINOR OT INSTRUMENTS

Quotations are invited for all disposables and minor OT instruments for the year 2024-25 as per the list shown below:-

  • Cardiology Disposables
  • Dental Disposables
  • Laboratory Reagents & Chemicals
  • Nephrology Disposables
  • Orthopaedic Devices
  • Minor OT Instruments

    Please furnish the requisite details as per the format and sequence of above list only.  If you wish to quote for any extra item/brand, the same may be given in a separate sheet.

    It may please be noted that the rates so approved will be for one year and operative with effect from 01 Jun 2024.   Non-execution of order within the stipulated period will be treated as non-adherence of the terms & conditions and further orders will be stopped without any notice.  No price hike is also permitted during ibid period without valid reasons.  Violation of these clauses will lead to black list  the defaulters for all future business without any notice.

    It may also be noted that certification from the manufacturer as Authorized Distributor  for all renowned brands of Cardiology disposables is mandatory along with the quotation without which your offer will not be considered.

    You may send the quotations either through e-mail i.e. stgregoriosmedicalmission@gmail.com  or deposit the sealed  copy of  the same in the tender box kept at main gate of the hospital by 20  April  2024  positively.   Quotations received after specified date will not be entertained.

    Note: 
  1. Quotations submitted via email must be in Excel format.
  2. Serial numbers of products must not be altered, and rates should be quoted against respective serial numbers.
  3. Preferred brands are specified; if unavailable, alternative brands may be mentioned.
  4. The name of the company or distributor must be stated above the respective column.
  5. Any additional products not listed must be quoted separately.
  6. All quotations must be submitted by the specified deadline.
  7. Compliance with the outlined terms and conditions is mandatory.
  8. Evaluation and award of the contract will be based on compliance, quality, pricing, and other relevant factors.
  9. Any amendments or modifications to the tender specifications must be communicated formally and in writing.
  10. All information provided shall be treated as confidential

MEDICINES

Quotations are invited for supply of medicines for the year 2024-25.   Please   furnish the requisite details as per format attached for medicines which are currently in  supply with this hospital.

It may please be noted  that the rates so approved will be for one year and operative with effect from   01 June 2024.  No price hike is permitted  during ibid period with out valid reasons.  Violation of  this clauses  will lead to black list  the defaulters for all future business with out any notice.
