It has well equipped laboratory, complete with latestequipment and computers.

The Pathology Department provides a range of services including:-
- Histopathology – including various biopsies
- Cytopathology – PAP smear, Exfoliative cytology, Aspiration cytology
- Fine needle aspiration procedure
- Haematopathology – Peripheral smear, Bone marrow aspiration, Bone marrow biopsy
Immunohistochemistry lab and intra operative frozen section facilities are under progress
