The renowned Parumala Cardiology Department, known for its excellence in cardiac care, has now expanded its services to Pandalam, marking a significant milestone in healthcare accessibility in central Travancore. The inauguration of the Parumala CM Cardiology division at Christian Mission Hospital took place on March 11, 2024, ushering.
Under the esteemed presidency of His Holiness Baselios Marthoma Mathews III, the Catholicos of the East and Malankara Metropolitan, the official inauguration ceremony commenced at 9:30 AM. The event was graced by the presence of dignitaries, medical professionals, and esteemed guests.
The inaugural session was inaugurated by Dr. T.G. Varghese, the Medical Superintendent of CM Hospital, with a solemn prayer led by His Grace Dr. Yuhanon Mar Chrisostomos, the Metropolitan of Niranam Diocese. Mr. Saji Cherian, Minister for Cultural Affairs and Fisheries, honored the occasion as the chief guest, conducting the digital inauguration of Parumala CM Cardiology and unveiling its distinctive logo.
Bringing decades of expertise and dedication to the forefront, the Parumala CM Cardiology Department boasts a team of seasoned professionals. Dr. Mahesh Nalin Kumar, Dr. George Koshy, and Dr. Thomas Mathew, each with over 20 years of experience in cardiology, lead the department. Joining them are the skilled Cardiac Surgeon Dr. Renett Sebastian, along with Cardiologists Dr. Arya and Dr. Joyal J. Kandathil, all committed to providing exceptional cardiac care.
