Diabetes mellitus and hypertension are the leading causes of kidney failure all over the world. Kerala, is the diabetics capital of india, the burden of renal failure is huge. Realizing the need for saving and prolonging the lives of renal failure patients, several dialysis centers have sprouted and established its roots in or state. Running a healthy and scientifically supported dialysis unit requires trained and skilled dialysis technicians/therapist. Therefore, bring forth the need of the hour, our institution was inspired to start the course.

The college affiliated to Christian medical association in India. (CMAI) serves as a Christian network of hospitals and healthcare professionals promoting medical care in hard –to- reach communities through its member institutions or by direct technical inputs. Presently the college offers practicals in dialysis technician programme.
